Mercedes Cleaning Professionals has been part of the Sydney cleaning industry for more than five years. What started as a small operation with a loyal client base and a reputation for reliability was never about size — it was about something more important: real clients, real standards, and a foundation worth building on.

We are in this industry because we believe that cleaning, done properly by people who are treated properly, will always have a place in the market.

The business has more than doubled since those early days. Our services have grown, our team has stayed steady, and our standards have never moved. Many of the clients who came to us at the beginning are still with us today.

That says more than any number could.

What We Do

Today, Mercedes Cleaning Professionals services a broad range of clients across Sydney, including commercial offices, retail shops, medical centres, childcare centres, strata buildings, and residential properties.

Some clients operate large sites with daily cleaning contracts. Others need smaller sites cleaned once a week. We also support clients with one-off specialist cleaning and end-of-lease services before a move.

Looking after our cleaners

We look after our cleaners because they are the people who protect the standard our clients rely on. We pay our cleaners fortnightly, and we pay them on time, every time. We train them properly, select our team carefully, and support them to do the work to the standard we expect.

Our Manager, on every site

Our manager personally walks every site, quotes every new job, and stands behind every clean we deliver. We are not trying to be the biggest cleaning company in Sydney. We are focused on being the company our clients trust, stay with, and recommend.

Sydney is facing a real labour shortage, and like every cleaning company, we sometimes need to manage staff changes. The difference is how we manage them. Wherever possible, we place long-term cleaners at each site. When a change is necessary, we handle it properly through clear handovers and continuity of standards. Our aim is that you do not feel the change, even when life happens behind the scenes.

I cannot be more grateful for the amazing job that he did. The place was completely covered in dust and mud. Michael ‘s team went well above and beyond.
