Professional cleaning for built-up grime - with realistic expectations
Discoloured grout
We can often lighten grout that’s darkened from dirt. Very old or damaged grout may need re-grouting instead.
Mould & mildew
We treat surface mould effectively. Deep or structural mould may require additional work beyond cleaning.
What we can’t do: We can’t restore cracked, crumbling, or missing grout - that’s a repair job, not a cleaning one. We’ll let you know if we spot anything like that.

Common questions

Will my grout go back to its original colour?
It depends. Cleaning removes dirt and residue that’s built up over time, so grout often looks noticeably lighter. But if grout has been stained for years or is simply old and worn, cleaning won’t make it look brand new — and we won’t pretend it will.
How long does it take?
A typical bathroom or kitchen takes 1–3 hours. Larger or heavily soiled areas take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe before we begin.
How soon can I use the area after cleaning?
Tiles are usually dry enough to walk on within a couple of hours.
Can you remove all mould from grout?
We can effectively treat surface mould. Mould that has penetrated deep into porous or damaged grout may not fully clear with cleaning alone — in some cases, re-grouting is the right solution. We’ll be upfront if that’s what we find.
Is it safe for my tiles?
We adjust our approach based on the tile material. Delicate surfaces like natural stone need different products and pressure settings than ceramic or porcelain. We’ll check before we start.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
The products we use are safe once dry. We’ll ask you to keep children and pets out of the area while we work and during the drying period.
